Morning Briefing – 6:30 AM
The day starts early at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. After grabbing my morning coffee, I review the day’s service calls schedule. Today’s route covers both Tonawanda and Kenmore, with a mix of AC maintenance and plumbing emergencies.
First Call – 7:30 AM
Our first stop is a residence in Tonawanda experiencing cooling issues. The homeowner reports their AC unit isn’t keeping up with the summer heat. After a thorough inspection, I discover the refrigerant needs recharging and the air filter requires replacement – both common issues during peak cooling season.
Mid-Morning Emergency – 10:00 AM
A call comes in from Kenmore about a leaking water heater. These situations require immediate attention to prevent property damage. I quickly gather the necessary tools and parts from our fully-stocked service vehicle to handle the emergency.
Afternoon Schedule – 1:00 PM
After lunch, it’s time for preventive maintenance appointments:
• Furnace inspection for winter preparation
• Air conditioning tune-up
• Plumbing system evaluation
• Thermostat programming assistance
End of Day – 5:00 PM
Before heading back to headquarters, I complete the day’s service documentation and prepare the vehicle for tomorrow. Working in Western New York’s various communities, from Hamburg to Cheektowaga, means being ready for any HVAC or plumbing challenge.
Every day brings different challenges and opportunities to help our neighbors maintain comfortable, efficient homes. That’s what makes this work so rewarding – knowing we’re making a difference in our community’s comfort and safety.
Remember, whether you’re in Buffalo or Orchard Park, regular maintenance is key to preventing major system failures and ensuring year-round comfort in your home.
